INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- 3 lbs chicken breasts or tenderloins
INSTRUCTIONS:
- PREHEAT AIR FRYER TO 400 DEGREES.
- Mix together almond flour and parmesan cheese.
- Beat eggs and add in heavy cream.
- Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture and dip in flour/cheese coating.
- Place on greased air fryer tray. And cook for 25 minutes.
