INGREDIENTS:
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 3 lbs chicken breasts or tenderloins
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. PREHEAT AIR FRYER TO 400 DEGREES.
  2. Mix together almond flour and parmesan cheese.
  3. Beat eggs and add in heavy cream.
  4. Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture and dip in flour/cheese coating.
  5. Place on greased air fryer tray. And cook for 25 minutes.
SERVE WITH ROASTED VEGGIES IF DESIRED.
